Our weekly group exercise classes are usually held in the Basketball court area. Bookings are not required , and classes can be paid on arrival.
A fun class including moderate cardio exercises, balancing and stretching movements in time with the music with some hand eye co-ordination activities. Classes are suitable for Seniors and those recovering from injury.
Friday classes also include the use of light weights for a short part of the class.

The Healthy Hearts group exercise program is a gentle physical activity program suitable for people of all levels of ability. Whether you are new to exercise or returning after illness or injury, Healthy Hearts allows you to work at your own pace in a supportive and safe environment.
